Twitter Gets a Brand New Look

The Twitter homepage has gone through a major redesign, and we really like the result. In the previous version, the main call to action was to register or just sign in. Now, the very powerful twitter search tool is front and center, with the current trending topics listed so you can easily find out what’s happening now.

One of the ironies involved with this is that, people who use Twitter on a regular basis often stay logged in, so they could miss this change entirely. For new Twitter users, and for folks who prefer to log out of their Twitter web sessions, I think this really highlights the value that Twitter provides – participation in a global conversation about, well, everything.

What do you think of the new look?
