Summary: Here’s what I find so funny about the words “Facebook” and “Help Center:” Strung together, these words create an epic oxymoron.
As you may or may not have heard, Facebook has redesigned its online help center in an attempt to provide users a more streamlined and efficient way to find out what they need to know as quickly as possible. This is certainly a step in the right direction.
